The idea for WiseBox originated from the founders’ collective experiences and observations of property-related issues faced by the citizens and diaspora communities from their own families and friends in this region. Traditionally, this region followed the land law set by the colonial rule of British India and for hundreds of years the legal documents of the lands have been kept in a paper folder with a red ribbon and stored in the safest box of the house and till today the same practice is ongoing and, in many cases, the inheritance faces lots of issues with these handwritten non updated paper folders in their hand. The founders believe that it is high time that this box with the property documents which is worth immense emotional value for the owners, considering the family roots alignment and ever-increasing monetary value due to being within the most densely populated countries of the world needs to be wise with artificial intelligence and make the much-needed transformation of managing land and properties for the people of this region and beyond. With decades of expertise in technology, operations, and international partnerships, the founders are on a mission to address the critical need for reliable, user-friendly platforms to manage land and property. Existing solutions primarily focus on buying and selling real estate, neglecting the broader needs of property ownership, such as digitalising legal documentation, validation, and regular updating of documentation to ensure compliance, prevent fraud, facilitate valuation, and manage property eDectively.
